• All orders are processed within 10-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on your location:
  • Standard Shipping: 8-10 business days

International Shipping:

• Currently, we only ship to addresses within Pakistan. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• Kiran Tajwer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with shipping carriers.

Shipping Holidays:

• Please note that shipping carriers may observe holidays, resulting in delays. Orders placed on or around major holidays may take longer to process and deliver.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged upon arrival).
